reward dogs who have good manners at home and
in the community. Heartland offers their own “CGC”
testing in addition to our AKC certified instructors.

Paws Giving Independence trains service dogs to
assist people with a variety of different disabilities
while providing support to encourage inde-
pendence. They encourage animal rescue by
obtaining many of their animals from shelters and
rescue groups. They are always in need of
volunteers to train service dogs!
