Heartland Dog Training has an all volunteer staff. We make every effort to answer E-Mail within
24 to 48 hours. If you have a question that requires an immediate answer, please call and leave
us a message at 309.690.7829. Return calls are made from Heartland before or after
classes. When we are in session (practically all the time!) there will be someone at
Heartland weekday evenings between 5:30 p.m. until around 7:30 p.m and on
Saturdays between 9:30 a.m. until around 11:30 a.m.

Also, please note that the staff member that answers our email
is not able to provide an answer regarding class availability. Please contact us
by telephone if you need to know if the class you want still has openings.
